Contact info@christmashat.co.za with your order reference, a description of the issue and clear photographs where useful. Please contact us before sending goods back so the return can be assessed and the correct return address confirmed.

Report incorrect or damaged items promptly. Keep the original packaging and supporting order documents while the issue is reviewed.

Personalised goods, approved artwork and product-specific conditions need to be considered when an enquiry is assessed. Any applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. The written quotation and applicable law govern the order.
